I’ve found an item I want but does not have my size?

Get in touch with us to discuss, and some items only go up to a certain size, but we are happy to source for you.

Is it safe to order online?

Can you give me more information about the order?

Once we receive an order, we order the garment direct from our suppliers, this normally takes a day, then we produce the DTF print, then place onto the item, then we ship to you.

Can I track my order ?

You you can, once you have received a confirmation email your order has been allocated a NZ Post track n trace number, you may track from there.

You’ve sent me the wrong items

If we have sent the incorrect items, please make contact with us via email kakakahucustomclothing@gmail.com or flick us a text 0220712181 and we will sort the issue promptly.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

We charge one standard delivery fee of $10, delivery takes 4- 6 days. This gives us enough time to produce your prints, then print on your item.
